I tried a controlling/receiving and dribbling session plan from ambitionfootball.com with my girls team recently and found it easy to follow and well constructed. The warm up and cool down were just the right length and to the point (I especially liked the emphasis on recap during the warm down), the technical part of the session was just right and the plan included a fun SSG at the end.
