It was a very windy evening and I must admit that I had second thoughts
about using the
Kickster
goals as all the portable goals I'd used
previously had been inclined to blow away when the wind gets up. And they
can be the very devil to put together in a gale.
But I thought 'hey, let's give them a proper test!'
I was surprised at how easy they were to put up, in fact the girls put them
up for me in two minutes with hardly any instruction. And they took them down again
at the end of the session!
Kickster
goals are very easy to carry around (even two of them only weigh as much
as a ball bag with a dozen balls in it) and they go back into the bag at the
end of the session without any difficulty. That last point might seem
unimportant but there's nothing worse than equipment that is jammed so tight
into it's bag that you can never get it back in - especially when it's
raining, you've had a difficult session and you just want to get home!
Kickster
goals look very good too - not like cheap 'garden goals' - and I would
imagine they would prove to be durable.
And these goals are amazingly strong - I blasted a ball into
them from point blank range and the goal hardly moved at all.
